Dhaka, May 28 (UNB)- A man in Bajedonta village of Phulpur Upazila in Mymensingh district got a brand new private car after buying Marcel fridge under the Eid ul Fitr offer during its ongoing nationwide digital campaign season 4.
The winner was identified as Md Chan Miah, resident of Savar in the capital.
Earlier on Monday, Marcel’s head of sales Md Shakhawat Hossen, Brand Ambassador Amin Khan and Phulpur Upazila Chairman Ataul Karim Rasen handed over the car to Chan Miah in a programme organised by Khan Motors and Electronics, a local distributor of Marcel in Fulpur upazila.
As per the offer, customers from around the country can win new car through registering fridges after purchasing it from any marcel outlets.
In addition, customers will also get confirm cash vouchers up to Tk 1 lakh or free products like fridge, television and air conditioner under the offer.
Md Chan Miah, bought a 9 cft refrigerator of Marcel at Tk 17,700 from Khan Motors and Electronics at Phulpur. After purchasing the fridge, he registered it through sending SMS from his mobile phone. Later, Chan Miah got a return message of winning the car from Marcel.
In his reaction, Chan Miah said, “My mother became very happy after hearing about the news. I never thought of getting a private car while I struggle meeting the basic needs of my family. Thanks to Marcel for keeping its commitment.”
Phulpur Police Station’s Sub Inspector Sumon Mia, Marcel’s Area Manager for Mymensingh Zone Mozammel Haque, Khan Motors and Electronics’ Proprietor, Ayub Khan and some other local people also attended the programme.
